- 8 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
- 4 tsps. trans fat free canola-based soft margarine
- 1/4 cup jam, jelly or preserves
- 2 cups red or green grapes
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) fat-free milk
Directions

1Cook egg substitute in nonstick pan coated with cooking spray.

2Season as desired with favorite salt-free seasoning.

3Divide evenly among 4 plates.

4Spread each slice of toast with 1/4 of the margarine and 1/2 Tbsp.

5jelly; serve alongside eggs.

6Complement each egg meal with 1/2 cup grapes.
