  • 1 block tofu, drained
  • 1 stalk celery, sliced thin
  • 2 to 3 green onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp. chicken seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oil

Directions

    Place oil in skillet.

    Braise celery and onion.

    Break tofu into small pieces and add to remaining ingredients, stirring well. Add to skillet and simmer, stirring from time to time until heated through.

    Serve in place of scrambled eggs.
