Ingredients

  • 10 flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 10 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pkg. guacamole dip (mix according to directions)
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 can chili no beans
  • fresh bean sprouts
  • black olives
  • chopped lettuce

Directions

    Make the guacamole according to directions on the package. Soften the tortillas by separating and placing 3 or 4 on a plate in the microwave for 10 seconds on High temperature.

    Put other ingredients in bowls for easy access.

    Fill each tortilla with heaping spoonful of each:

    cheese, guacamole, sour cream, beans, chili and sprouts.

    Roll with ends under.

    Place on plate and microwave until heated through, approximately 30 seconds on High temperature.

    Serve with olives and lettuce on the side.

    Can place in a baking dish and warm in the oven at 350° for 20 minutes or make ahead and just heat before serving.
