Ingredients

  • 1 lb. fresh or frozen fish (haddock or cod)
  • 1 (10 oz.) can baby clams
  • 8 oz. scallops, halved
  • 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained
  • 3 c. half and half
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 3/4 c. water
  • 2 c. diced potatoes
  • 1 c. (13 oz.) evaporated milk
  • 2 Tbsp. Old Bay seasoning

Directions

    Cut fish into 1-inch chunks.

    Saute onion in butter until tender.

    Stir in flour, add water, clam juice and potatoes. Simmer until potatoes are tender.

    Add fish, clams, half and half, evaporated milk, scallops, shrimp and Old Bay.

    Simmer for 15 minutes or until fish is opaque.
