  • 200g seafood extender
  • 125g cooked shrimps
  • 2 white fish fillets, cooked and broken into pieces King Sooper's 1 lb For $7.99 thru 02/09
  • 6 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 1 Lebanese cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1 butter lettuce, leaves separated
  • 1/3 cup KRAFT* Thousand Island Dressing
  • chives, to garnish

Directions

    Combine seafood extender, shrimps, white fish fillets, radishes and Lebanese cucumber.

    Divide evenly between eight lettuce cups.

    Refrigerate until required.

    Drizzle with dressing and garnish with chives.
