  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. yogurt
  • 8 oz. chili salsa
  • 1 lb. crab
  • tortillas

Directions

    Mix yogurt, sour cream, onion and chili salsa. Pour enchilada sauce in bowl. Fry tortillas in hot oil until soft. Drain. Add sauce to coat. Place in 9 x 13 pan. Add part cream and cheese; repeat. Pour sauce and seafood. Bake 20 minutes at 325°.
