  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 bunch fresh parsley
  • salt
  • cayenne pepper
  • olive oil drizzle
  • 1 squid cleaned and sliced
  • 10 jumbo shrimp
  • 1 onion roughly sliced

Directions

    In a mortar & pestle or food processor, mix together the garlic, parsley, salt, and cayenne pepper. Once mixed, whisk in a drizzle of olive oil.

    Start making the kebabs by skewering squid then shrimp then onion and repeating until the kebab is full.

    Baste everything with the sauce and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.

    Grill the kebabs.
