- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
- 1 1/2 c. Ricotta cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. basil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/3 c. dry white wine or cooking wine
- 1/2 lb. shrimp
- 1/2 lb. crab meat
- 1/2 lb. scallops
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until tender.

2Put into a bowl and add cream cheese, Ricotta cheese, egg, basil, salt and pepper.

3In another bowl, mix together soup, milk, wine, shrimp, crab meat, scallops and Parmesan cheese.
