  • 1 small pkg. instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 3/4 c. cream sherry
  • 1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and beat for 10 minutes.

    Bake in tube angel food pan for 40 minutes at 350°.

    Turn off oven and leave cake in oven for 15 minutes more.

    Grease and flour pans.
