- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. linguine
- 6 Tbsp. (3/4 stick) margarine
- 1 small onion, minced
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1 lb. crab legs or imitation crab meat
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
Directions

1Prepare linguine as directed.

2Meanwhile, in a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat in hot butter or margarine, cook onion until tender, stirring occasionally.

3Stir in flour until blended; cook 1 minute.

4Gradually stir in milk and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils and thickens slightly.

5Gently stir in crab meat (broken up or flaked), Parmesan cheese and parsley.

6Heat through.
