- 1 stick butter
- 1 lb. raw shrimp, peeled and divided
- 1 large green pepper, cut in 1-inch squares
- 12 fresh mushrooms, sliced thickly
- 2 to 3 tomatoes, cut in eighths
- 1 to 2 medium onions, cut in eighths
- 1 tsp. Lawry's salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Put butter in a 9 x 13-inch glass pan. Place in oven to melt.

3Do not brown butter.

4Place shrimp and vegetables in dish.

5Stir to coat with butter.

6Sprinkle with seasonings.

7Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until shrimp are opaque. Do not overcook.

8Serve on rice.
