Ingredients
- 2 (9-inch) frozen pie shells
- 1 1/2 c. chopped, cooked and deveined shrimp
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1/2 c. finely chopped scallions
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 4 slightly beaten eggs
- 8 oz. King crab meat
- 8 oz. pkg. natural Swiss cheese, chopped
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. dry white wine (Sauterne)
Directions

1Combine crab meat, shrimp, cheese, celery and scallions. Divide equally between pie crusts.

2Combine mayonnaise, flour, wine and eggs.

3Pour equally over mixture in pie shells.

4Bake in preheated 350° oven for 35 to 40 minutes until set.

5Serve with green salad tossed with artichoke hearts.

6Freezes well.

7Makes 2 pies.

8Each pie serves 4 to 6.
