- 1 large onions sliced
- 1 cup scallions, spring or green onions with tops, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1/2 cup parsley leaves chopped
- 1 each sweet red bell peppers seeded, diced
- 3 cups tomato sauce
- 1 cup white wine dry
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon rosemary leaves crushed
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 each bay leaves
- 1 pound crab meat cubed
- 1 pound shrimp
- 6 each scallops
Directions

1Combine onions and garlic and cook, covered, over low heat until soft, stirring frequently so they don't scorch.

2Add parsley, bell pepper, tomato sauce, wine, water, thyme, rosemary, salt, pepper and bay leaf and simmer, covered 1 hour.

3Add crab or white fish, shrimp, scallops or clams and cook, covered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until scallops or clam shells open.

4Discard any shells that do not open.
