  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 8 oz. imitation crab meat, thawed (if frozen), drained and broken into small pieces
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
  • 2 oz. jar diced pimento, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
  • 1/2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

    In small mixing bowl, cream cheese and sour cream at medium speed until smooth.
