Seashell Crab Casserole

- 1 (8 oz.) small seashell macaroni
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 2 c. milk
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 c. grated cheese
- 2 cans drained crab meat
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Prepare macaroni according to package directions. Drain.

2In medium size saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour. Cook 2 minutes (do not brown).

3Add milk, salt and cayenne pepper.

4Cook and stir until mixture thickens. Add cheese, crab meat and lemon juice. Stir until cheese melts.

5Combine sauce with shells.

6Pour into 3-quart casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake in a 350° oven 30 minutes.
