- 4 eggs
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick oleo
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Soften oleo. Mix oleo, sugar and flour. Add eggs. Gradually add milk and flavoring. Pour into large ungreased pie plate. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon if desired. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes or until firm in the middle.
