- 4 oz. farina or Cream of Wheat (4 Tbsp.)
- 2 oz. grated Parmesan cheese plus 2 Tbsp.
- 2 oz. butter (2 Tbsp.)
Directions

1Heat milk; add seasoning to taste.

2Slowly add farina, Cream of Wheat or semolina, stirring constantly.

3Bring to boil and cook until thick.

4Then add cheese, butter and beaten eggs.

5Then return to heat (slow) for one minute.
