Sesame Asparagus

  • 1 lb fresh asparagus
  • 1 1/2 tsp toasted sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 tsp sesame seeds, toasted
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce

Directions

    Snap the asparagus. Steam asparagus 3 - 7 minutes & drain. Set aside to cool.

    In a pot large enough to hold asparagus, heat the oil until it is warm. Add the sesame seeds and the asparagus, stirring to coat & warm the asparagus. Stir in the soy sauce & serve.
