  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sherry
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 1/8 tsp. ground ginger
  • dash of red pepper
  • 4 chicken pieces, skinned
  • sesame seed

Directions

    Combine the first 7 ingredients and stir well.

    Place the chicken pieces in baking dish and pour sauce over.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Turn chicken and sprinkle with sesame seed.

    Cook 10 minutes longer, uncovered, or until done.
