- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/3 c. sesame seed
- 10 lb. chicken, boned and cut into serving pieces
- flour for coating
- 3/4 c. green onions, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Melt butter in roasting pan.

3Sprinkle sesame seed over butter and return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes to brown slightly.

4Dip chicken pieces in flour to coat all sides. Put in roasting pan, turning to coat thoroughly in butter.

5Bake for approximately 20 minutes or until golden brown.

6With a slotted spoon, remove chicken to chafing dish or serving bowl.

7To pan juices in roasting pan, add green onions, parsley, seasonings and soy sauce.

8Place pan over heat and stir, scraping to incorporate residue in pan into sauce.

9Pour over chicken.

10Yields 15 to 20 servings.
