- 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/8 tsp. ginger
- 1 c. water
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/3 c. soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 to 3 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- white rice
Directions

1Lightly brown chicken in pan. Remove chicken from pan and add sesame seed to pan. Brown on low.

2Remove pan from burner.

3Add sugar, cornstarch, ginger and water. Add pineapple, soy sauce and garlic. Cook until thickened.

4Add chicken and simmer for 45 minutes.
