- 2 c. wine (sherry or Burgundy)
- 3 c. sugar
- 1 pouch liquid pectin
Directions

1In the top of double boiler, mix wine and sugar.

2Place it over boiling water and stir just until sugar dissolves, about 5 minutes.

3Remove from heat and stir in pectin.

4Skim the foam, if necessary.

5Ladle the jelly through a funnel into hot jars.

6Seal. Process for 10 minutes in hot water bath.

7Makes 4 half-pints.
