  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cooking wine
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 12 cup water
  • 14 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 14 cup cornstarch
  • 14 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch broccoli
  • 2 cups long grain brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons toasted sesame (to garnish)

Directions

    Cut chicken into small strips and place in marinade.

    Cook the rice using 2 parts water to 1 part rice in double boiler.

    Heat pan over medium high heat and add a small amount of oil.

    Stir fry the chicken to fully cook.

    Add broccoli followed by sauce mix and place a lid on pan to steam broccoli.

    Serve over rice and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
