Sesame Seed Cheese Spread

- 1/2 lb. Blue cheese
- 1/2 lb. cream cheese
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. chopped pimento-stuffed green olives
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 Tbsp. cognac
- 3/4 c. sesame seed, roasted
Directions

1Cream the cheeses and butter. Add all ingredients except sesame seed and blend. Roast sesame seed in shallow pan at 350° for about 20 minutes.

2Watch carefully so they do not burn. Divide cheese mixture and place in 6 crocks (4 ounces each). Sprinkle sesame seed on top. Serve with crackers.
