- 2 bunches of red leaf lettuce
- 1 pkg of bacon, cooked crisp
- 1/2 c sliced almonds
- 1 jar sesame seeds
- 1/4 c apple vinegar
- 1/2 c oil
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
Directions

1Toast together in a skillet almonds and sesame seeds.

2Add to lettuce and bacon.

3Set overnight.

4To make dressing, mix vinegar, oil, sugar, salt and pepper together and set in refrigerator overnight.

5Before serving, shake dressing and pour over salad. You can add chopped boiled eggs, mushrooms or cheese if desired.
