  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seed
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
  • 6 to 8 oz. cooked and cleaned shrimp (thawed if frozen)
  • 4 green onions with tops, sliced diagonally
  • soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. ginger
  • hot cooked rice

Directions

    In skillet or wok, cook sesame seed in oil until lightly toasted. Add shrimp, onions, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and the ginger. Stir-fry just until shrimp are heated. Serve over rice with additional soy sauce.
