- 1 c. finely diced celery
- 1 c. grated carrots
- 4 oz. finely diced onion
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 packets instant chicken broth and seasoning mix
- 6 slices whole wheat bread, made into crumbs
- 3/4 c. evaporated skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. imitation or diet margarine
- 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Combine first 5 ingredients in a nonstick skillet.

2Cook until onions are transparent.

3Transfer vegetables to a mixing bowl and add remaining ingredients.

4Mix thoroughly.

5Spoon into a 1-quart casserole which has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
