- 60 whole Sugar Snap Peas
- 1 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
- Kosher Salt To Taste
- Toasted Sesame Seeds, For Garnish

1First, pull the tough string down the side of each pea and discard it.

2Rinse peas in cold water and pat dry.

3Heat a saute pan on medium heat and lightly coat the bottom of the pan with sesame oil.

4Add the peas and saute until warmed through, about 5 minutes.

5Transfer to your serving bowl.

6Season with kosher salt and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

7Im generous with the saltthey just taste better that way.

8You can serve them warm immediately or at room temperature and theyre a great springtime appetizer or a side dish.
