- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 6 carrots, sliced 1/2-inch diagonally and/or broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1/3 c. water
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seed
Directions

1Heat oil in heavy skillet.

2Add vegetables and saute over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

3Add water and cover.

4Simmer until tender, 5 to 10 minutes.

5Stir in sesame seed and serve.

6Carrots and onion complement the sweetness of each other.
