  • 1 head iceberg lettuce
  • 1 green pepper, diced or 3/4 c.
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 large onion, chopped or 1/2 c.
  • 1 (16 oz.) can peas, drained
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 c. crisp bacon bits
