  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1 c. chopped green pepper
  • 2 c. mayonnaise
  • 3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled

    In a medium saucepan, cook peas as package label directs, but only for 1 minute.

    Drain.

    In large glass salad bowl, layer lettuce, celery, green pepper and peas.

    Spread mayo evenly on top.

    Sprinkle on the cheese, then bacon.

    Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

    Do not toss at serving time.

    Makes 12 servings with 350 calories.
