- 1 tsp. each: onion and garlic powder
- 1 can Veg-All, drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. celery
- 1 c. Chinese noodles (optional)
Directions

1Brown meat with onion and garlic powders in a lightly greased skillet.

2Add celery, vegetables and soup.

3Stir in rice and seasonings.

4Turn into greased 2-quart casserole dish.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
