  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. each: onion and garlic powder
  • 1 can Veg-All, drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 c. cooked rice
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 c. celery
  • 1 c. Chinese noodles (optional)

Directions

    Brown meat with onion and garlic powders in a lightly greased skillet.

    Add celery, vegetables and soup.

    Stir in rice and seasonings.

    Turn into greased 2-quart casserole dish.

    Cover and bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
