- 8 oz. small pasta shells, cooked al dente and drained
- 4 oz. crumbled Blue cheese
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 3 c. red grapes, halved
- 1/4 c. minced green onion
- 1/2 c. chopped walnuts, toasted
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1While pasta is cooking, mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic powder.

2Toss Blue cheese with warm pasta.

3Add mayonnaise mixture until blended.

4Add remaining ingredients and refrigerate for several hours before serving.
