- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) mushroom soup
- 2 (16 oz.) cans green beans or any leftover vegetable
- 3 c. leftover mashed potatoes (warmed)

1Brown meat in skillet.

3In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish, mix meat with soup and spread evenly.

4Spread the vegetable(s) evenly over meat mixture.

5Spread warmed leftover mashed potatoes over vegetable layer.

6Heat in 400° oven about 30 minutes or until it is bubbly and potatoes are desired brownness.
