  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 can beefy mushroom soup
  • 6 servings mashed potatoes (instant is fine)
  • 10 oz. corn
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Fry hamburger until brown and drain fat.

    Add the soup and cook on medium-low for about 10 minutes.

    Pour hamburger into a deep-dish pie pan or 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Sprinkle corn evenly over the meat.

    Spoon heaping tablespoonfuls of mashed potatoes over the corn and then carefully smooth out the mashed potatoes.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, then sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the potatoes and bake until it melts.
