- 2 lb. roast beef, cubed or ground beef
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (17 oz.) can French-style green beans
- 1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 8 large potatoes, mashed
- 1 large onion (optional)
Directions

1If you are using beef roast, cook until tender with chopped onion.

2If you are using ground beef, brown in skillet with chopped onion.

3After cooking beef, drain.

4Keep 1 cup of broth. Mix all ingredients and broth.

5Spray casserole dish with Pam. Put mixture in casserole dish.

6Cover with mashed potatoes.

7Bake in a 350° oven until hot.

8If you would like cheese grated on top, sprinkle with 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese before putting in oven. Serves 8.
