  • 1 lb. hamburg
  • 1 (15 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 3 or 4 c. mashed potatoes
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine

Directions

    Brown hamburg and season with salt and pepper; drain and place in 8 x 8-inch square pan.

    Cover hamburg with corn.

    Be sure hamburg is covered.

    Cover corn with potatoes.

    Dot potatoes with butter.

    Bake in 350° oven for 1/2 hour or until potatoes brown a little on top.
