- 2 lbs potatoes, peeled and quartered
- 14 teaspoon dried thyme, crushed
- 14 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
- 12 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 12 teaspoon sea salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper, fresh ground
Directions

1In a medium saucepan, combine potato, thyme and rosemary.

2Cover with water and bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat to medium and cook about 20 minutes or until fork tender.

4Drain and return to pot (off the heat).

5Add rest of the ingredients and mash until smooth.

6They are now ready to complete your pot pie, so pile high and enjoy.

7You can add one more step by putting dish under broiler to lightly brown.
