- 1 pkg. coconut macaroons (about 1 c. crumbs)
- 1 large container whipped topping
- 2 pt. pineapple sherbet or orange
- 1 c. nuts, finely chopped (optional)
- 2 pt. lime sherbet
Directions

1Mix cookie crumbs and chopped nuts with whipped topping.

2Put one-half of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Add layer of lime sherbet, then a layer of pineapple or orange sherbet.

4Finish with the other one-half of the whipped topping mixture.

5Freeze several hours or overnight before serving.
