  • 3 lb. beef stew meat
  • 2 cans golden mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. sherry
  • 1/2 pkg. dry onion soup

Directions

    Cut meat into 1 1/2-inch cubes.

    Combine meat, soup, sherry and soup mix in a large casserole.

    Cover and bake at 325° for 3 hours.

    Makes 6 to 8 servings.

    Great over rice or for stew; add vegetables during the 3rd hour and increase temperature to 350°.
