- 3 lb. beef stew
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 pkg. Lipton onion soup
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 3/4 c. dry sherry
Directions

1Put beef in casserole.

2Add mushroom soup and mushrooms. Sprinkle dry onion soup on top.

3Add dry sherry.

4Cover casserole dish.

5Bake approximately 3 hours in a 325° oven.

6Do not open. The last 1/2 hour, bake uncovered.

7(Check for doneness.)

8Use large casserole dish, or it may boil over.
