- 2 c. parsley, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. sherry
- hot fluffy rice
Directions

1Saute shrimp in hot butter for 2 minutes. Reduce heat and stir in parsley. Add the sherry and stir for another minute. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
