- 1 or 2 c. turkey
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- hot, cooked rice
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. cooking sherry
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Brown turkey in margarine in frying pan. Remove to casserole dish.

3Cook onion in remaining margarine; stir in soup and sherry.

4Pour over turkey.

5Bake casserole, covered, for 1 hour.

6Serve over rice.
