  • 2 cups real sour cream
  • 14 cup drinking sherry wine or 14 cup cream sherry
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 14 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 14 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 14 teaspoon granulated garlic powder
  • 14 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 12 teaspoon curry powder
  • 18 cup butter

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.

    In a large oven-proof bowl, place 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, 2 cups sour cream, 1/4 cup drinking sherry, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, 1/4 teaspoon tarragon, 1/4 teaspoon granulated garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon thyme, 1/2 teaspoon curry powder, 1/4 stick of melted butter, and mix well.
