Ingredients

  • 1 pound sirloin in 1 inch cubes
  • 1 pound breast of chicken in strips
  • 1 pound cubed pork
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 onions cut into 1/8th's
  • 1 pt. whole mushrooms
  • 1 pt. cherry tomatoes
  • 1/8 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

    Substitute vegetables with green or possibly warm peppers, pineapple.

    Mix soy sauce, water, sugar and spice then blend with meats and soak for 4 hrs.

    Alternate meat and vegetables to your preference.

    Grill on grill till cooked to your liking.

    Note: May omit or possibly substitute any of the meats or possibly vegetables with your own preferences.

    If pineapple is used, put on skewers just prior to cooking.
