- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 (1 lb. 2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, diced
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- 2 envelopes spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 cans (12 oz. each) V-8 juice
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 1 pkg. Mozzarella cheese
Directions

1Heat oil in large skillet.

2Add meat and brown.

3Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce mix and V-8 juice.

4Bring to boil; lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.

5Cover bottom oiled 13 x 9 x 2-inch (3-quart) casserole dish with thin layer meat sauce.

6Then add layer each uncooked noodles, cottage cheese and Mozzarella.

7Repeat layers, ending with meat sauce.

8Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
