Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. jello (lemon, lemon-lime or lime gelatin)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. cold water
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 (7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
  • 1/2 c. cooked peas
  • 1/2 c. chopped apples

Directions

    Dissolve jello gelatin and salt in boiling water.

    Blend in cold water, lemon juice and mayonnaise.

    Chill until very thick. Fold in remaining ingredients.

    Pour into 1-quart bowl.

    Chill until firm.

    Unmold on crisp salad greens.

    Serve with additional mayonnaise.
