- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and diveind
- 1 lb. portabella mushroom
- 2 red peppers
- 1 sm. onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- Pasta of choice
- 1 lb. mozzerella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large skillet brown finely chopped garlic and onion in olive oil.

2Cook peppers until tender, add sliced mushrooms, add shrimp until cooked.

3Set aside, prepare pasta.

4Combine shrimp mixture and pasta in baking dish.

5Cover with cheeses and bake at 375F for 15-20 minutes.
