- 1 to 2 lb. shrimp
- 2 c. rice
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- salt and pepper
- Worcestershire sauce
Directions

1Cook shrimp in boiling water with a little salt about 10 minutes and peel.

2Cook the rice in shrimp water.

3Saute onions and bell pepper (chopped) in margarine.

4Add rice and stir.

5Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to taste, then shrimp. Serve hot.
