Ingredients

  • 5 yellow squash, sliced
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 1 carrot, grated
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small jar chopped pimientos
  • 1 pkg. dry Stove Top cornbread dressing mix
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. red pepper

Directions

    Cook squash in small amount water.

    Drain.

    Mash and add 1 stick margarine.

    Add remaining ingredients.

    Mix well.

    Put in a buttered casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
